 Tips

Candidates must develop a good preparation strategy to pass the CSIR UGC NET exam. Candidates should begin their CSIR NET preparations by familiarizing themselves with the exam pattern and syllabus. Following this, candidates should begin practicing mock tests and the previous year’s question papers. The mock tests are one of the best practice materials that candidates can use to improve their preparation levels. One can check for online mock tests to practice for the examination in real-time. This will assist candidates in identifying their strong and weak points. After completing the papers, candidates can analyze them and make necessary improvements.

Some other tips students can follow to prepare are:

  • Religiously devoting at least five hours every day is very much advisable for students in this particular case to have a good hold over the basic topics.
  • They need to review the complete CSIR syllabus so that they can list up all the topics on a paper and understand the basic pattern so that targeted scoring can be formulated very successfully.
  • It is very much advisable for them to use the morning hours for the topics which they find difficult to learn as well as understand because noon can be significantly spent on the topics which can be solved with the help of shortcuts and methods. In this way, they will be able to cover the maximum syllabus portion in the morning itself.

It is also recommended to make short notes so that they have a good hold over the basic knowledge of topics and end up preparing the best possible questions effectively.
